These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PlanetShine Cleaning & Property Services website and cleaning services throughout regional Australia. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
PlanetShine provides commercial, residential, office, end of lease, window, deep, fleet, hospitality, strata, school, retail, rubbish removal, post-construction, garden maintenance, kitchen and home duties cleaning services. Availability may vary by location.
Quotes are based on information at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ, additional work is requested, access restrictions increase labour, or hazardous materials are present. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Bookings are confirmed on acceptance of our quote. Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: no charge. Less than 24 hours: up to 50% of quoted value. Same-day cancellation: up to 100%.
Customers must provide safe property access, ensure electricity and water are available, secure valuables before cleaning, and notify us of hazards. PlanetShine is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
If dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of completion. Where reasonable, we will arrange a return visit. Refunds are assessed case by case.
PlanetShine maintains appropriate business insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect losses or damage from pre-existing conditions.
We follow Australian WH&S legislation and reserve the right to refuse work where unsafe conditions exist.
